This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom single-story home located in the Sand Hill Point community sleeps 8 and is great for large groups or families. The first thing you may notice when entering this vacation home is the tall ceiling that continues throughout out the whole home. You’ll also see a formal living area to your left. There are two comfortable sofas with seating for at least 5 people and a cabinet with a medium-sized TV on it. This is a great place to have a quiet conversation or watch some TV in peace and quiet. To the right of the living room is the formal dining area. Here, there is an ornate, wooden dining suite with seating for up to 6 people. Continue through the arched entryway, and you’ll enter the large, modern kitchen. This spacious, fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry. You’ll love whipping up meals in this kitchen. Just off to the side of the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for up to 4 people at the table and 2 on the sofa next to the table. You can also eat at the breakfast bar, which overlooks the informal living room. The living room is large and spacious. It is decorated with a modern sectional and large ottoman, two armchairs, fireplace, large patio door that lets in plenty of natural light., and a large TV. Head through the patio and you’ll enter the pool deck area. Here, there’s a large, private pool, sun loungers to catch some sun on, plenty of seating, and a covered lanai. No homes overlook the rear of the deck. There’s even a games room in the converted garage, with table tennis and a basketball hoop game. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom with its light wooden furniture and chaise lounge sofa has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom is a similar in style to the master bedroom and has a queen-size bed and en-suite. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen-size bed and is styled just like the others. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, which is perfect for younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV.

Very Nice and clean house in a peaceful area. We were 6 people and the kids loved the poolarea and and the short trip to the Disney parks. Helpful owner and good information in the whole process. Would love to go back.
